Cherokee Fade’s 1st show, plus Old Scratch unplugged

Local duo Cherokee Fade made their debut performance at the Alta coffee house, the duo made up of locals Erin Belair and Kevin Yoches (Pricks, Snakebit Drifters, Old Scratch and more) strummed up the mellow show performing a number of songs perfect to sip tea and whiskey to.

Our favorite song being titled “Spooky,” is embedded below.  Cherokee Fade was followed by Shorescrew favorite: Old Scratch.  But this wasn’t the Old Scratch you are used to,  they toned it down about 80% for the small show, with Yoches playing a Cajon drum box with his hands only.  It was awesome to see the duo convert their style to fit the venue and vibe.  Good times, and look for more music from Cherokee Fade and Old Scratch soon.
