Our old host, pccustom.com pretty much fucked us real nice. We had signed a year long contract with them and after two months they told us they had made a typo in the contract and we were getting too much traffic to the site. They said they would still be our host but instead of 30 gigs a month of traffic now we could only have 500 megs. There are 1,000 megs in each gig so you can see these are two very different numbers. Considering our site only is 250 megs, 500 megs a month is bullshit. How we know they lied? There is no way it could have been just a typo because for two months the site was actually allotted the 30 gigs of traffic space.
When we told them you can't go back on a contract they bid their time and then a month later they turned the lights off. They cut us off without any notice. From then until the time you read this the Captain has been in an ongoing e-mail battle fighting for the site. We even bought a new host, Hostonce.com who took the money and then for over a month didn't do shit. They even deleted the files we had uploaded. Now on a new host, we are back. Just so many updates to do I am just going to start from where we left off.
